Dear Customer Service,
I am writing about the desk lamp I ordered from your website on October 2. When the package arrived yesterday, the lamp's base was cracked and it does not stand properly. I would like to keep the same model, so I am not asking for my money back. Could you please send me a new one and let me know how to return the damaged lamp?
